YouTube Continues to Release New Features

Recently, YouTube has been releasing new features almost weekly.  Here are some of the highlights:

One of the most interesting new features is the ability to add closed-caption text to your video.

Machine Translation

Another interesting new feature is 'machine
translation', which allows viewers to choose the language they prefer
for viewing videos.  YouTube automatically translates to the
preferred language.

High Definition
YouTube has added a link to every video that is HD-enabled so that viewers can 'watch in HD'.  YouTube has posted an FAQ page of technical information to help video editors encode their videos and avoid the 'windowboxing' effect.

Allows video owners to 'replace' a video's current audio track with a music selection from the AudioSwap catalog.

This feature allows video owners to add additional notes to their videos at any point in the video timeline using only the YouTube interface.
