YouTube Update: YouTube adds Closed Caption Feature Today

YouTube has just announced several new features that make videos more accessible.  Now you can add 'closed caption' text to any video.  Users simply click the 'closed caption' symbol to display content.  Additionally, global viewers can take advantage of 'machine translation', which allows viewers to choose the language they prefer for viewing videos.  YouTube will automatically translate to the preferred language.  These are brand new features, so there may be a few glitches, but YouTube is asking for your feedback.
