Another article on how Web 2.0 can keep patrons engaged

Over the past several months, I have read a string of articles about how people may not be going to websites for their primary sources of information.  Mike Schaffner recently published a commentay on suggesting people are increasingly using Web 2.0 to gather information instead of web sites.  All is not lost, though, if you can harness web 2.0 technologies to meet customer expectations.
